Challenge

• PSD designs needed to be converted into a working Shopify store
• The custom collection layout for the homepage was missing
• Customers wanted installment payment options at checkout
• Default Shopify product pages did not match the brand's editorial style
• Mobile rendering needed careful attention

Approach

We began by reviewing the PSD designs, brand guidelines, and product structure to map out the full build. Our UX and design team then translated each section into a mobile-responsive Shopify layout with careful attention to brand fidelity. Development focused on custom theme work for the homepage, product pages, and cart drawer, followed by Afterpay integration for flexible payment options. Finally, we ran thorough cross-browser and device testing before launching the store.

Solution Delivered

We built a custom Shopify theme that brought the editorial PSD designs to life. The homepage gained a curated collection section that reflected the brand's visual style. Afterpay was integrated to give customers installment payment options. Product pages were rebuilt with larger imagery and cleaner detail areas. The whole experience was tuned for mobile-first browsing.
