• Default Shopify product pages did not support educational content well
• Product collections needed custom layouts that matched skin concerns

Approach

We began with a discovery and audit phase to study the brand, products, and customer questions that would inform the content strategy. Our team designed product detail pages with dedicated space for ingredients, usage steps, and skin benefits in a clear educational hierarchy. Development involved building a custom Shopify theme and collection pages with brand story sections and ingredient explainers integrated throughout. The build was tested across devices with a particular focus on mobile reading experience before launch.

Solution Delivered

Collection pages are organized by skin concern, so buyers find products that match their needs. Brand storytelling is woven through the homepage and about page. Mobile is treated as the primary reading view.
