Approach

We started by mapping supplier ecosystems and merchant workflows to understand the full scope of automation needed. Our team then designed a scalable app architecture capable of handling multiple suppliers within a single merchant-facing dashboard. Development involved building the app with the Shopify Admin API, webhooks, and supplier integrations, along with automated return handling and merchant reporting dashboards. The app was taken through the Shopify App Store submission and launch process.

Solution Delivered

We built a Shopify app that connects merchants to a supplier network. When a customer places an order, the app routes it to the right supplier automatically. Inventory and pricing stay in sync. Merchants get a clean dashboard with order tracking, return handling, and performance reports.
