Approach

We began with a discovery phase to audit the existing product catalog, video assets, and customer browsing patterns to plan the video-first layout. Our team designed product detail pages and collection pages that placed video demonstrations front and center, making it easy for customers to see patio furniture in real settings. Development involved building a custom Shopify theme that handled large video files without slowing page load, alongside filtering and comparison features for high-consideration purchases. The store was fully tested across devices before launch.
